Qualifications :

Be dependable and punctual.

Be able to lead managers and work with them to create positive work environments.

Be able to multi-task between different stores, manager, employees, etc.

Be able to train managers in day-to-day operations at the store level.

Be able to deep-dive into store operations and productivity reporting.

Maintain correct product levels in all stores being overseen.

Bridge the gap between back-office and store level communications.
