You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production processes and material flow within a manufacturing environment. You will ensure that production targets are met, materials are available when needed, and costs are managed efficiently.
RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning or inventory managementExperience in material control (preferred)Knowledge of ERP and SAP systems is a plusResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize factory capacity
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure that production plans align with operational goalsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate planned or unexpected changesManage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available to meet production needsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and componentsConduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepanciesAnalyze production costs and work to optimize material usage and reduce wasteCollaborate with Procurement Teams to negotiate terms with suppliers and control material costsMonitor and report on production and material costs to executivesWork closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics Teams to ensure adherence to production schedulesCommunicate production plans, material needs, and potential issues to relevant stakeholdersPowered by JazzHR
