Job Description :

We are seeking energetic, outgoing Sales Associates with experience in face-to-face sales to promote and sell our gourmet popcorn in retail store environments. This is a customer-facing role where you will actively engage shoppers, offer free samples, and use your personality and sales skills to convert interactions into purchases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and maintain a clean, attractive sampling station
• Offer popcorn samples to customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Educate customers about the product and encourage them to make a purchase
• Meet or exceed sales goals during each shift
• Represent the brand positively and professionally
• Communicate effectively with store staff and management as needed
• Maintain accurate records of hours and sales (if required)
