TSP Talent Solutions is engaged in a direct hire search for a Territory Account Manager who has started their pharmaceutical sales career, and is looking to elevate their industry expertise. You'll play a key role in expanding presence in the territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure long term success, and driving customer satisfaction as a product expert in a complex market.
Role Overview :
- Champion our pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers in your area.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, attend conferences, and support training events.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay ahead of the curve with industry knowledge, product updates, and compliance standards.
Essential Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree : An accredited BA / BS degree is required2-5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experienceA proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and organizedAbility to travel within your territoryDesired Requirements :
Previous B2B, inside sales, or internship sales experienceRecent experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centersPromoting a specialty productPrior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNSStrong analytics experience leveraging sales reporting to develop sales strategiesAbility to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,000k to $125,000k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
