Location :  Lexington, SC

Compensation :  $15 – $17 per hour

Employment Type :  Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Maintain guest cards and complete timely follow-ups with leads.
• Assist the Property Manager in achieving occupancy, income, and budgetary goals.
• Collect rent payments and support in managing delinquent accounts.
• Contribute to resident retention programs and community promotions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and complete resident files.
