Part Time Medical Scribe/MA

Recruitment for this position will culminate to interviews in December 2025 and if selected, start date will be in the beginning of January 2026Position Summary : We are currently hiring a part time bilingual English / Spanish Medical Scribe / MA to work in our Bronx-based family medicine practice.

Key Duties : -Prepares exam rooms, equipment, and assists with clinical procedures-Medical Scribe for specialist during visits-Obtain prior authorization for ENT testing-Takes patients' vital signs and records it in chart-Document patients treatment plan in EHR-Reviews patient's chart-Support for projects as determined by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications : -Medical Assistant Certificate / Training School and National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)-Bilingual Spanish / English required. -High School Diploma or GED required.-Computer literacy.-Responsible individual who genuinely wants to support our patients.

Starting Compensation : Minimum : $23.00 / hour ; Maximum : $23.00 / hour

Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule : Onsite in the Bronx, 24 hour shift between Monday - Wednesday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
