Job descriptionStrong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Friendly, professional demeanor with great phone etiquette Experience with membership databases. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Ability to walk, stand, sit, view / enter data for long periods of tie Must be able to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 20lbs. This is not a remote position. Membership and Billing Specialist
📍 Melbourne, FL | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 On-site
The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® is seeking a detail-oriented and member-focused Membership and Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth membership operations, accurate billing, and exceptional service to our REALTOR® community.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist new and existing members
- Process applications and maintain accurate membership records
- Manage billing for dues, MLS fees, and collections
- Support Supra Key services and troubleshoot member issues
- Communicate with NAR, FAR, and FREC regarding member data
- Generate reports and track membership compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams on member communications and benefits
