About Us :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Habilitation Supervisor to oversee program operations, ensure compliance, and support our dedicated team of staff and participants.

Qualifications :

• A current, valid NYS Driver License
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant human services field
• At least five (5) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations

Position Summary :

The Community Habilitation Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations and growth of the Community Habilitation Program. This includes supervising staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and fostering a supportive and professional work environment.
