We’re representing a very well-respected General Contractor with over 100 years of success delivering high-quality projects across the region. With a strong pipeline of medical tenant improvement work in Louisville, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team.

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering detail-heavy projects with complex MEP scopes. You’ll be working on medical projects ranging from surgical suites and imaging centers to outpatient facilities and speciality clinics — partnering with top healthcare clients who expect precision and reliability.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day field operations for medical TI projects
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule are consistently maintained
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
