With a fully outpatient role and accessible facilities, you'll deliver high-quality care without any call or inpatient duties. Practice Details : Free-standing facility with 6 exam rooms and independent offices for the physician and Nurse Practitioner Dedicated RN on desk and Medical Assistant (MA) for rooming patients On-site lab and x-ray available The clinic operates during regular business hours, allowing for structured patient care delivery Majority of current patients are older adults, and there is an opportunity to also work as Medical Director for local Nursing Homes Schedule : Monday - Friday Fully outpatient role No call or inpatient responsibilities Financials & Benefits : $100,000 sign-on, base between $275,000 - $285,000 RVU-based bonuses, easily exceeding $300,000 30 Days PTO, plus holidays, and full benefits Location : Offers easy access to freshwater lakes, providing opportunities for boating, fishing, and water sports The local schools rank in the top 5% in the state Best ranked the ski resort in the nation by USA Today, making it a prime location for accessible winter recreation JN -3
