The ideal candidate will have a background in PCU / IMC nursing with recent experience in critical care to manage patients post-surgery and those requiring telemetry monitoring.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess patient conditions; manage nursing care in accordance with established protocols.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and perform nursing procedures as indicated.Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Participate in training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience in a step down or PCU / IMC setting within the last 3 years.Certifications : ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required; PALS preferred.Proficiency in telemetry, IV therapy, and management of cardiac drips.Experience with central lines, PICC line management, and phlebotomy preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
