We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to step into an Acquisitions Specialist opportunity with a high-performing team. This position focuses on sourcing property opportunities, converting leads into deals, and guiding transactions to closing while earning rewarding commissions and building long-term growth.

As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will build relationships with sellers and investors, prepare offers, and manage the deal process from start to finish. Working alongside experienced agents, you will gain valuable insight into proven strategies that consistently deliver results.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+.

To succeed, you will need an active real estate license, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay focused on driving measurable outcomes. Our team provides consistent lead flow, structured systems, and direct mentorship so you can sharpen your skills and increase production with confidence.

Responsibilities :

• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Follow the team plan
