About The Position
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join their Respiratory Therapy team for a 20-week night-shift travel assignment . This role involves providing advanced respiratory care to patients across all age groups from neonatal to geriatric in a community hospital setting .
Candidates with NICU experience are highly preferred, but clinicians with strong pediatric experience and demonstrated skill in intubation, bubble CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) will also be considered.

Job Requirements
Experience : 3+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience
Pediatric experience required
NICU experience highly preferred (or must be competent with neonatal intubation, bubble CPAP, and HFNC)
Certifications : BLS (required)
CRT or RRT (required)
ACLS (preferred)
NRP and PALS (preferred)
Licensure : Active Maryland State License
Charting System : Epic (experience required)
