Job description

Job Role : Lead Dynamics 365 Consultant

Location : Malvern, PA (Onsite)

Contract

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills :

  • 8+ years in enterprise application architecture and development.
  • Proven track record in leading Dynamics 365 implementations for large organizations.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, data modelling, and integration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in C#, NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics customizations.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI / CD, and cloud deployments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Solution Architecture : Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, ERP, Power Platform) ensuring integration with enterprise systems.
  • Technical Leadership : Lead development teams, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Customization & Configuration : Implement customizations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
  • Integration Strategy : Develop integration patterns with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Boomi, Fabric, Azure, SharePoint, third-party APls).
  • Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to transtate A requirements into technical solutions.
  • Security & Compliance : Ensure solutions comply with client's security policies and regulatory standards.
