We are hiring a Manager, Social Media Marketing, a socially-savvy storyteller to help reshape the future our iconic brands The Children's Place and Gymboree. In this role, you'll craft compelling content that resonates with parents, caregivers, and children, driving engagement and expanding our brand's reach. Your deep understanding of social trends and platform nuances will be pivotal in building a vibrant, engaged community around our brand.

Responsibilities :

Key Accountabilities :

• Content Strategy & Creation :
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create engaging, on-brand content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
• Community Engagement :
• Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers.
• Monitor conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Implement strategies to increase follower growth and engagement rates.
• Analytics & Reporting :
• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Provide regular reports on key KPIs, including engagement, reach, and conversion.
• Stay informed on platform algorithm changes and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation :
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform updates.
• Experiment with new formats and features to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Identify opportunities for viral content and real-time marketing.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment :
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborative content.
• Align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Team management of junior social team members.

Personal Attributes :

Hourly / Salary : $76,000.00 - $158,000.00 Benefits include : Bonus eligible (depending on role), Paid Time Off, Employee Discount, 401(k) and company match, Wellness Reimbursement, Adoption Assistance, free backup care (for kids, pets & the elderly), choice of health insurance plans, company-paid life / AD&D, short and long term disability, a variety of voluntary benefits and an employee assistance program.
