Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, and a customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and operational support.
- Coordinate sales and leasing transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
- Maintain property listings, prepare marketing materials, and update CRM systems.
- Schedule property tours, client meetings, and internal sales team meetings.
- Draft and edit documents such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), leases, contracts, and proposals.
- Track deadlines, contingencies, and due diligence timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documents and transactions.
- Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs).
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and compiling sales metrics for management.
Qualifications :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in a commercial real estate or sales support role.Familiarity with real estate terminology, documentation, and procedures (preferred).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Apto, or similar). Experience with Monday.com highly preferred.Knowledge of CoStar, LoopNet, or similar real estate platforms is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills :
Real estate license (optional but a plus)Experience working in a brokerage or commercial real estate firmStrong understanding of commercial real estate transaction processes
