Senior Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering who will lead engineering transformation and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transition to modern agile methodologies and establish KPIs for engineering excellence

Develop and mentor talent while making strategic hiring decisions to enhance team capabilities

Manage operational leadership tasks including troubleshooting code issues and aligning sprint activities with executive vision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 7 years of progressive software engineering management experience

Expert-level knowledge of Agile / Scrum processes, with certifications preferred

Deep experience with GitOps, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps processes

Proven ability to develop employee goals and provide constructive feedback

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent experience
