SaaS implementation Project Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS implementation and operations management . You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to roll out new digital platforms, optimize existing systems, and streamline core business processes.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and operations — bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to fast-moving projects.
Experience with ServiceTitan or other field-service management systems is a plus , but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SaaS implementation projects , upgrades, and operational-improvement initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics; ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate across departments (Operations, IT, Finance, and Leadership) to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and standardization .
- Manage third-party vendors and software partners to ensure smooth integrations.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change-management strategies .
- Monitor and track KPIs post-implementation to measure success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in project management , preferably within SaaS or operational environments.3+ years implementing or optimizing cloud-based software platforms (CRM, ERP, Field Service, etc.).Strong understanding of operations processes and business-system workflows.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Proficiency with project-management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar).Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud collaboration tools.PMP or Agile certification preferred, but not required.
