Transactional Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is excited to collaborate with a dynamic, mid-sized law firm headquartered in Northern California with offices throughout Northern and Southern California. They specialize in Estate Planning, Trust, Tax, Business, and Real Estate law. We’re seeking a sharp, personable, detail-oriented attorney to help grow and lead our Business Department . If you’re ready to step beyond paperwork and become a true advisor, strategist, and trusted face of the firm, we’d love to meet you. You’ll manage client relationships from start to finish, both virtually (Zoom) and in person, serving as the go-to attorney in our Business Department.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Guiding clients through entity formation, governance, dissolutions, M&A, and commercial contracts.
• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements : operating, shareholder, buy-sell, partnership, private placement, equity incentive, and more.
• Managing commercial real estate transactions, including purchase / sale agreements, leases, easements, and licenses.
• Leading due diligence, closings, and negotiations.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding results while maintaining ownership of your practice area.
