Your Responsibilities :

  • Assist in evaluating and treating patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

    • Requirements :

  • Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
