Job descriptionAvailable to work weekends, holidays, or late hours to support event requirements. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive for company as needed. Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and understand and meet client needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client, vendors, and team interactions. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the AV industry. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required for events. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative. Must have an AV company experience.

- Install, set up, and configure a variety of AV equipment including LED Walls, projectors, video conferencing systems, speakers, lighting, and cabling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all AV equipment and conduct thorough safety checks before each use.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the performance and functionality of audiovisual equipment, including AV rack equipment, controllers, speakers, and projectors.
- Collaborate closely with team members to execute additional tasks as needed.
- Lift heavy weights up to 50 pounds.
