Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky & Norwalk, OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications :

Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Licensure : Eligible for Ohio medical licensure

Certification : Board Certified in Family Medicine

Experience : 5+ years clinical or administrative experience; FQHC / community health experience.

Technical Skills : Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership

Soft Skills : Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities :

Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.

Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.

Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.

Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
