Professional Growth : Leadership role in integrated care model Impactful Work : Serve diverse populations in a community health setting Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school Licensure : Eligible for Ohio medical licensure Certification : Board Certified in Family Medicine Experience : 5+ years clinical or administrative experience; FQHC / community health experience. Technical Skills : Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership Soft Skills : Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff. Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence. Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives. Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff. Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
