Allied Universal is currently hiring a full time Security Officer for a financial company in Boston, MA Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour / Paid orientation / Paid training / Opportunity for advancement. Candidate is required to be 21+ years old and must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as directed by Allied Universal protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support security-related needs at the location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report suspicious activities and / or security-related incidents as required by site instructions.

Assist clients, visitors, and employees with general inquiries while maintaining a presence to help deter unauthorized access.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as needed for security-related matters at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
