Glazing Systems Inc (GSI) is hiring skilled commercial glaziers to join our growing team. We specialize in manufacturing and installing curtain walls, storefronts, and more, using state-of-the-art automated manufacturing technology. At GSI, you’ll work with cutting-edge equipment in a dynamic environment. With over 50 years in the industry, we specialize in custom glass installations, energy-efficient systems, and architectural glazing. Our team is dedicated to quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. We're expanding our workforce and seeking skilled Glaziers to join our dynamic team!

• Key Responsibilities :
• Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, doors, skylights, storefronts, and curtain walls.
• Fabricate and assemble metal frames, sashes, and other glazing components.
• Perform repairs and replacements on existing glazing systems, including weatherproofing and sealing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate installations.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, such as glass cutters, suction cups, scaffolding, and power tools.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and team members to resolve on-site challenges.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
• Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in glazing preferred.
• At least 2–5 years of experience as a Glazier or in a related construction trade.
• Proficiency in glass handling techniques, including tempered, laminated, and insulated glass.
• Knowledge of glazing materials, sealants, and installation methods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Certification in glazing or related fields (e.g., OSHA safety training) is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug test
