Selectek is looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist (Upper NY / New England Markets) to be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.

Required :

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience with new site builds (search rings)
• Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects
• Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects
• Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes
• Microwave Site Acquisition experience
• Local market jurisdiction experience in the Upper New York and New England territories
• Read RFDS (understand what will be going on the structure, coming off the structure, etcetc)
• Submit applications to Tower Owner
• Process POR
• Submit items for permitting and obtain permits
• Correspond on all project activities with PM while maintaining tracker for notes and project forecast dates
• Have familiarity with AT&T's systems (LMPS, IWM, etc.)
• Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written. Be responsive and have the ability to explain issues clearly
• Must be U.S. Citizen or able to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship

Pay Range :

$38.46 / hour - $40.87 / hour ($80,000 - $85,000)

Term of assignment :

6-month+ contract (long term indefinite)

Location of Job :

Remote - Central Time and Eastern Time only prefer candidates with local jurisdiction experience (Upper NY / New England)

Hours & Shift :

Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6 : 30AM)

WFH : Yes

Overtime : Not much expected
