This role involves 100% inbound calls from new and current customers, with no outbound calls or cold-calling required.

This position is located on-site at 350 N McClintock Dr, Chandler, Arizona 85226.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Manage inbound customer inquiries in the dynamic environment of a Fortune 250 company.
• Guide customer purchasing choices by effectively presenting our diverse range of TV, Internet, and wireless products and services.
• Build and maintain valuable customer relationships, emphasizing honesty and integrity in every interaction.
