Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring proper coding and approval routing.
• Prepare and review payment runs, assisting with weekly and monthly disbursements.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close support.
• Review and organize accounting documentation to maintain accurate and compliant financial records.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and a customer-service mindset.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of efficient workflows.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed across the finance team.
