Job Summary

Maintenance and support of the computer and network hardware, infrastructure and supported applications which may include telecommunication systems.

Responsibilities

• Works under the guidance of the Senior Analyst Technical Support to provide support and participate in project activities.
• Responsible for facility IS duties, minor hardware / software configuration and repairs.
• Installs, repairs, modifies, maintains and provides technical support for applications, PC operating systems, PC hardware, printers and related peripherals.
• Provides operational and administrative support; testing, printing and report distribution, backups, first line support, etc.
• Utilizes the service ticketing system to log reported issues, document resolution, and / or assign to appropriate work group.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
