Our team is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join them. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina.

To be considered for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Years of Experience : Minimum of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Proficiency with ERP systems and data entry tools

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends

Ability to safely lift 2040 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally

Must be able to perform frequent standing, lifting, and squatting

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will :

Support daily shipping and receiving operations with a primary focus on receiving, and provide shipping coverage as needed

Process systematic receipts in the Epicor ERP system, ensuring purchase order quantities and delivered quantities match, and confirm Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and related documentation

Check incoming vendor orders against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness

Prepare and process outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and next-day air services

Manage inventory transactions and perform basic inventory transfers in the system

Conduct cycle counts and assist with quarterly and annual physical inventory counts

Verify and maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes

Assist with general warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager

Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures to support Ontic's operational excellence

Salary Range : $20 - $22 / hour, based on experience
