Licensed Manager

Sport Clips, known for our unique, sports-themed barbering experience geared specifically towards men and boys, is looking for a Licensed Manager to join and lead our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, management expertise, and practical barbering / haircare skills to ensure that every client receives exceptional service in a team-oriented, enthusiastic atmosphere. As a Licensed Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring compliance with brand standards and state regulations, fostering a positive environment, and driving sales and profitability. Manage and lead all aspects of the salon's operations with an emphasis on high-quality customer service. Ensure the facility is in compliance with all state regulatory requirements and company policies. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high engagement and performance levels. Manage staff schedules, including shifts, vacations, and leave requests to ensure adequate staffing at all times. Handle client concerns, and provide solutions that ensure client satisfaction. Oversee inventory management and ensure that the salon is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase customer base and salon visibility. Monitor salon sales and expenses to meet or exceed budgeted profitability. Enhance the client experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
