Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior SDET Engineer position for our client in Reston, VA.

Duration : 4 months

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end testing across integrated systems for major initiatives.

Design and manage test data using Test Data Management frameworks.

Develop and maintain automated test suites with Karate, Selenium (Java), Rest Assured, and Postman.

Expand automation coverage and support CI / CD pipelines in Agile environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and AWS cloud services for testing and validation.

Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers.

Requirements :

15+ years in software testing and automation, including Multifamily technology initiatives.

Prior experience at Fannie Mae required.

Hands-on experience with Karate, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, and AWS.

Strong understanding of Agile, CI / CD, and test automation best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

Performance testing, Docker / Kubernetes, and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
