Graphic Designer Junior

Flare services is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in helping us develop and maintain our brand image through visual communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for various marketing materials including print and digital advertisements social media graphics website design and more
• Develop and design new brand assets including logos color palettes and brand guidelines
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral such as brochures flyers and presentations
• Create and edit product images and packaging designs
• Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand message
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual communication
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field

1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a marketing or agency setting

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

Knowledge of print and digital design best practices

Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design

Ability to take creative direction and work independently

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

A portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects is required for consideration
