AV-rated civil litigation firm with multiple locations in Florida seeks an ambitious and motivated associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience in insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability matters. Trial and court experience a plus. This is a full-time attorney position based out of the Firm's Tampa office (onsite).

The Insurance Defense Associate will work closely with the partners and senior associates, gaining unparalleled experience and mentorship in handling complex insurance defense matters. Responsibilities will encompass legal research, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, witness interviews, engaging in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in court proceedings, including assisting at trial.

Qualifications - Insurance Defense Attorney

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Florida bar license in good standing
• 1 – 4 years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
