As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for improving the efficiency of the organization's supply chain.

What You'll Do :

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
• Coordinate and execute timely, accurate deliveries across assigned campus buildings, ensuring packages reach end users efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
• Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
• Use existing procedures to tackle problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

The minimum salary for the Warehouse Technician position is $28.85 per hour and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Technician position is $28.85 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
