A company is looking for a Flight Support Team Lead to oversee flight operations and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level support and handle escalations related to flight operations and ticketing issues
Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to develop training initiatives for BPO staff
Analyze trends in escalations to identify issues and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in flight operations or airline booking teams, preferably in an OTA or travel management setting
Advanced proficiency in Amadeus GDS; familiarity with other platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules and industry regulations
Knowledge of airline policies on schedule changes and Irregular Operations (IROPS)
Available to work after-hours, including nights and weekends
