Job Description

Our client, a leading name in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Engineering Manager to join their growing utility-scale project team.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and approve engineering drawings, design packages, and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
  • Lead engineering design and coordination activities for utility-scale power generation or infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with drafting, engineering, and project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Perform system modeling, load flow, and protective device coordination studies using SCADA or equivalent analysis software.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations, permitting requirements, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on engineering experience in utility-scale energy, renewable, or infrastructure environments.
  • Proficiency with SCADA or similar electrical analysis and modeling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and related design software.
