Job Description

I. JOB SUMMARY

The MSW Social Worker provides psychosocial services, including patient / family counseling, crisis intervention during hospitalization, comprehensive discharge planning, coordination of community resources and assisting patients and families in the decision making process.

This is a part time, weekend position. The shifts will be 8am-4 : 30pm.
