Digital Operations Specialist

Location : Viking Electric Geography

Job type : Full time

Schedule : Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Base Salary : $65,000 - $80,000

• Compensation for this position includes annual salary, 10% short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You'll Do

Keep e-commerce and online tools running smoothly, ensures data accuracy, improves customer experience, and helps optimize digital platforms. Work with sales, marketing, and project teams to fix issues, onboard users, and track performance.
