Must Haves : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a business-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP strongly preferred
- Preferred Experience with inventory analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., ABC-XYZ analysis, safety stock optimization)
- Familiarity with planning dashboards and reporting tools
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams
Job Description :
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Planning Temp to join the team for an 8-month temporary assignment. This role is focused on operational execution within the planning department, ensuring material availability, maintaining inventory balance, and driving action item completion to support smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities Ensure timely availability of finished goods, merchandise, and raw materialsMonitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstockOptimize order quantities and inventory using business management principlesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve material flow issuesReview planning reports and dashboards to identify and resolve action itemsSupport planning routines and update schedules as neededCoordinate inbound / outbound shipments and manage blocked or near shelf-life stockParticipate in operational meetings and report on inventory healthIdentify supply chain inefficiencies and propose optimization scenarios
