Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff

Develop and maintain medical protocols that align with best practices

Foster a positive team-oriented culture focused on high-quality patient care

Perform a variety of medical and surgical procedures

Support client communication education and service excellence

Collaborate with management on strategic planning and operational goals

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree

Active or eligible California veterinary license

Proven leadership and mentoring abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong medical and surgical competency
