itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the definition, implementation, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that drive the successful development of next-generation technology products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning engineering execution with business and operational objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology development program management and a proven track record of delivering complex hardware programs in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end program delivery within constraints of scope, quality, timeline, and budget while proactively managing moderate-risk factors.
Drive program-level strategic planning and partner with executive-level stakeholders on status, risks, and issue resolution.
Partner with Product Design Engineering teams to define and execute next-generation hardware development programs.
Coordinate and drive engineering design deliverables, including specifications, design of experiments (DOEs), and validation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Operations) to develop and implement best practices and technology development processes.
Manage delivery and qualification of hardware components for development builds to meet mass production timelines.
Develop and maintain integrated development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead times, and business needs.
Establish and manage program structures that optimize clarity, efficiency, and accountability across teams.
Communicate program status regularly, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential setbacks.
Manage communication and alignment with internal and external cross-functional partners.
Internal Responsibilities :
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience as a technology development program manager or engineering lead within consumer electronics.
Experience working with ODM, JDM, and CM vendor engagement models.
Strong knowledge of phase-gate approaches to technology development programs.
Experience with mechanical system development, design for manufacturing (DFM), tooling, and validation processes.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and executive management teams.
Strong organizational, coordination, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with program top-issue tracking and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to establish effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and global time zones.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills :
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
PMP or PMI certification.
Experience supporting large-scale hardware programs through mass production.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline required.
