Payroll / Administrative Assistant

Position Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll / Administrative Assistant to support our team during an exciting rebuilding phase. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment and enjoys being a key part of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain office supplies and organize filing systems
Handle internal and external communications
Assist with company events and team activities
Payroll & HR Support
Process payroll for 52 employees, including time tracking and deductions
Maintain accurate employee records and data entry
Assist with benefits administration and invoice reconciliation
Generate payroll reports and respond to employee inquiries
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications
2–3+ years of administrative experience, including payroll support
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Experience with ADP is a strong plus
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
