  • Pay : Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($75,000.00 - $185,000.00+ a year) - Non-Salaried
  • Benefits : Flexible schedule, Professional development assistance, Access to company-provided Real Broker stock options & revenue-sharing
  • Schedule : Self-determined schedule, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
  • Supplemental pay types : Bonus pay, Commission pay
  • Work Location : Beaches MLS region - from Port St. Lucie to Davie, FL

  • Nurture and convert a high volume of company-provided buyer leads into appointments and contracts.
  • Provide expert guidance and a high level of service to clients throughout their home-buying journey.
  • Collaborate with the team and follow our proven systems to achieve predictable sales targets and income goals.
  • Compensation details : 75000-185000 Yearly Salary
