Travel Nursing Job Details Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990 - $2130 per week Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Location : Yuma, AZ 85364 – Arizona healthcare jobs Start Date : December 8, 2025 End Date : March 9, 2026 Duration : 13-week contract Shift : 12-hour days (06 : 45 – 19 : 15) Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Holiday Requirement : Typically 2 out of 3 holidays Unit : 2 West - Med Surg / Tele (90 double occupancy beds) Scrub Color : Navy Blue Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arizona or compact state BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in Med / Surg Telemetry Recent experience in a Level I or II trauma hospital preferred Proficiency with Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Ability to float to MedSurg, stable low acuity ICU, RDU, and Foothills clinic RDU as needed Must comply with 100-mile radius rule Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse population, including those with pneumonia, COPD, acute kidney injury (AKI), and post-surgical needs Manage nurse-patient ratios of 1 : 5-6 during days and 1 : 6 at night Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including charge nurses, patient care assistants (PCAs), and monitor technicians Utilize respiratory therapy equipment such as Bipap and provide care for stable tracheostomy patients Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical education Adhere to unit policies, including low census on-call and floating as required Apply now to join our team of dedicated travel nurses and take the next step in your Med / Surg Tele RN career in Yuma, Arizona!
