The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for an Senior Construction Manager to support our customer located at Fort Meade, MD near Annapolis Junction, MD. Essential Job Functions :

• Perform on-site inspections of construction projects (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and verify installations match contract documents.
• Maintain inspection logs, daily reports, and provide findings to the COR.
• Enforce safety compliance (OSHA, NFPA, OHWB).
• Support project commissioning and closeout (punch lists, O&M manuals, as-builts).
• Provide technical support to COR on change orders and constructability issues

Minimum Required Qualifications :

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is : $143,000-163,000
