A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support their global SMB market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customers through their maturity journey, ensuring adoption and optimal use of the product suite

Own retention and growth for the portfolio, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Maintain accurate records and leverage data insights to enhance customer engagement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS

Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal)

Proficient in Salesforce and CSP tools

Proven track record in retention and expansion with global SMB clients

Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data and AI for decision-making
