Junior Consultant, earning at a $125K+ annual pace. Senior Consultant, targeting $175K+ annually. Sales Leader, hitting $225K+ and mentoring your own team. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? Have a proven track record in sales (in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required). Thrive in consultative selling, solving problems, and creating value for clients. Are driven by unlimited earning potential with no salary caps. Can work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available. Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Are comfortable using technology (iPad proficiency required). Take pride in delivering professional, detail-oriented work.
