Actively recruitingFamily Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine physicians who wantto join a collaborative, team-based culture and provide patient-centered care.

• 60-minute appointments for annual wellness visits with your patients

30-minute appointments for all follow-up visits

On average 11-13 patients a day

No hospital rounding
