Job Description
Lead and manage renovation projects in occupied spaces, ensuring minimal disruption. Oversee night-shift operations (6 PM - 2 AM) across multiple sites. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Utilize Procore for project documentation and communication. Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and client requirements. Travel primarily within New England (MA, CT, NH, ME), with flexibility for East Coast assignments. Report progress and issues to senior leadership promptly. Drive quality control and timely project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction. Proven ability to work independently without close supervision. Experience with occupied renovations; financial / banking projects preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software. Willingness to travel extensively and work night shifts.
